Our Mission
At BEH Electrical, we are committed to shaping the future of the electrical industry through our comprehensive four‑year apprenticeship programme.
Designed to develop the next generation of skilled electricians, the programme blends hands‑on site experience with academic learning to ensure apprentices gain the technical knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to excel. We currently have 22 apprentices enrolled and aim to welcome 4 new starters each year as we continue to invest in developing talent for the industry.
Training, Development & Career Progression
We are proud to promote career progression from within the company and provide continuous training opportunities to support long‑term growth. Over 40% of our management team began their careers as apprentices, demonstrating our commitment to developing talent and supporting employees at every stage.
Our team members have access to a wide range of industry qualifications, including IPAF and SSSTS, ensuring they stay skilled, safe and ready for the next step in their career.
